 Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At SHAHEEBA, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Key Points:

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any reason. 
  • Replacements for Transit Damage Only: Replacements are provided solely for items damaged during shipping.
  • Unboxing Video Mandatory: A complete 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims, and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No Cancellations After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
  • Limited Refunds: Refunds are issued only for product unavailability or non-serviceable delivery areas.

Detailed Policies:

1. Damaged Items:

  • Reporting: If your item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp ( shaheeba731@gmail.com,  +91 7980519249). Please include clear images or a video of the damage.
  • Unboxing Video: A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims. This video must show the entire unboxing process, from opening the package to inspecting the item. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Replacement: Upon approval of your claim, we will provide a replacement.

2. Incorrect Items:

  • Reporting: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (images/video).
  • Unboxing Video: A 360-degree unboxing video is required for incorrect item claims as well.
  • Return Shipping: Approved returns must be shipped via a reputable courier service within 48 hours of approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

3. Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled for any reason once they have been dispatched.

4. Refunds:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
    • The product is unavailable or found to be defective before shipping.
    • Delivery service is unavailable in your area.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed via NEFT within 3 working days.
  • No Other Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including if you simply change your mind after a product is purchased.

Important Notes:

  • Unopened Products: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used or opened.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to verify the damage and authenticity of the product before processing a replacement or refund.
  • Agreement to Policy: By purchasing from SHAHEEBA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return policy.
